2024 Season in Review

Happy New Year! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. It was an exciting first year of charter boat ownership for us. Thank you so much for spending time in the San Juan Islands aboard Sea of Memories. Overall, it was a successful season and while significant time was spent getting Sea of Memories charter-worthy (including an unexpected transmission overhaul), we were really glad to see it all pay off with so many families enjoying the boat this past summer. It was also great seeing all the positive feedback and how reliable she was all season.

Overall while Sea of Memories joined the fleet in June, we closed the season out with 5 new charter families that had an excellent experience and that we hope will return next year.

This off season for Sea of Memories has already been a busy one. Along with some repairs and all of the annual maintenance tasks you’d expect like oil and filter changes, fuel filter and impeller replacements, and the many other maintenance tasks, we’ve been busy on some major upgrades for the 2025 season as well. Stay tuned for our next post with info on what we’ve been up to this off season.
